The University of Customs and Finance (UCF) is a public university located in Dnipro, Ukraine, established in 2014 through the merger of the Academy of Customs Service of Ukraine and the Dnipropetrovsk State Academy of Finance.
Recognised by the World Customs Organization and the International Network of Customs Universities, UCF is a leading higher education institution in Ukraine specialising in customs training and related fields.
The university offers bachelor’s, master’s and PhD programmes in more than 30 specialties and educates around 6,000 students with the support of over 250 academic staff members.
UCF comprises the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and International Legal Relations and four faculties covering management, finance, innovative technologies and economics.
The university maintains strong international cooperation with organisations such as the World Customs Organization, UNECE, EUBAM, Argonne National Laboratory (USA), and numerous universities and research institutions across Europe and Asia.
