The Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine (ASPS) is a public higher education institution located in Chernihiv, Ukraine, specialising in education and training for the penitentiary system, law enforcement and public security sectors.
The academy provides higher education programmes focused on law, security management and professional training for the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine.
